What a lovely book!
I really enjoyed reading Heart Note by Cassandra O’Leary.
It was romantic, festive fun with a little mystery thrown in.
A perfect read for a frosty night with a cosy blanket and a hot Chocolate (with cream and marshmallows of course!).
The main story is about Lily and her crush on the very gorgeous security guard Christos but is all as it seems? Her struggles with her little sister, wanting to own her own shop, oh and not to forget stock keeps going missing at work.
The main character is relatable, which makes you care about what’s going on in the story. Then you have the irresistible Christos, can he be trusted? Is he too good to be true? They are both likeable as characters and you want that happy ever after but does it happen?
I will let you read and find out for yourselves but this book is the perfect rom com, it has love, lust and festive cheer.
Although the romance seems a little too perfect at times, isn’t that want we want when reading a romance? We want to be taken out of our ordinary world and just for a little while get lost in the make believe.
I would definitely recommend this to you, perfect stocking filler.
